You are purchasing from 24 Handiwork Studio and purchases are governed by laws. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using any part of the site and/or before placing an order for products, you must agree to be bound by these Sales Terms.
If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or purchase any products from this website.
The Sales Terms are apply to all orders and purchases of products made from 24 Handiwork Studio website. We may revise these terms from time to time and any changes to these terms will be effective on the day on which they are posted on the website.
Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.
General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the product, use of the product, or access to the product or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these terms.
Your account
If you create an account (personal user identification or username) on our website, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
- Restricting access to your password; and
- All activities and each purchase that occurs under your account unless those activities or purchases are carried out by an unauthorised third party who has gained access to your account other than by reason of your negligence or carelessness.
Placing an order
To be able to purchase products from our website:
- You must read and accept these Terms and Conditions;
- Provide your name , phone number, email address, payment details and other required information;
- A delivery address within Australia (we are unable to deliver to certain addresses, including but not limited to, P.O. Box addresses, parcel lockers, overseas addresses, hotels or prisons); and
- Be aged of 18 or over who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and the owner or authorized holder of a valid debit/credit card, if paying for the products with a debit/credit card.
You may place an order by clicking on the "ADD TO BAG" button and proceeding to the checkout page. You will be provided with an opportunity to review your order, read and accept the Terms and Conditions, check the total price of your order and the information you have provided, and correct any input errors before confirming your order. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to process your order if it is not completed properly or accurately.
If you place any products in your Bag and accept our Terms and Conditions but do not complete your order, you agree that we may send you one or more emails reminding you that you have an uncompleted order and prompting you to visit our online store to complete your purchase.
Order processing
Once you have submitted and confirmed your order on 24 Handiwork Studio website, we will send an email to the email address you provided, acknowledging receipt of the order and setting out details of the ordered products (Order Confirmation Email).
After receiving your order, we will check that the ordered products are available and prepare your order. You should allow 3-5 business days for processing candle orders, unless a different timeframe is specified. For fabric mists and jewellery, it takes 1-2 business days for processing from the time your order made. A separate contract for the sale of the ordered products between you and 24 Handiwork Studio on these Terms and Conditions will be formed when we email you confirming that all or part of the order is available and fulfilled (Shipping Confirmation Email). Once the order is dispatched, we will send you another email to notify you that your order has been out for delivery with a tracking number (Out for Delivery Email).
The contract will only relate to those products which have been dispatched and are listed in the Shipment Confirmation Email. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate Shipment Confirmation Email.

Prices, products and service
Prices for products do not include charges for shipping and separate charges for shipping will be shown in your Order Confirmation Email. Prices for our products and for shipping are subject to change at any time without notice to you, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have sent you a Shipping Confirmation Email. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be set out in the Order Confirmation Email and Shipping Confirmation Email.
Our products are available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy (please check Shipping & Returns section). We may from time to time impose quantity restrictions or limits on the products you can order. Any quantity or total value restrictions will be stated on the website or communicated to you at the time of placing your order or otherwise communicated to you. If we reject an order, we will refund any money paid for that order. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time as well.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, in our sole discretion for any reason, including without limitation in the case of abnormal orders and orders which we suspects are not placed in good faith or for personal use, or orders in response to incorrect offers made as a result of human, system or technology error (including errors in the image, description or price). We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
Payment
Payment must be made by one of the methods you have selected during the checkout process (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay). You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information for all purchases made at our store.
If we do not receive the authorization that the payment has been processed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
The value of your purchase will be settled from the applicable card when the order is placed.
If your credit card payment cannot be processed you will be notified of this on the website. You will then need to contact the card issuer and endeavour to resolve the issue.
Delivery
Enjoy express and secure delivery within 2-10 business days from the time your order is dispatched. All products purchased online from this website are eligible for delivery to addresses within Australia only. We use Australia Post to deliver all our products.
The applicable delivery fees are clearly displayed in AUD at the time of purchase.
If we are unable to deliver your order within the period specified (approximately within 5 business days), then we will endeavour to contact you and you may choose to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If you unreasonably defer delivery or delay the receipt of delivery after the shipping provider has notified you that they have tried to deliver the ordered items to you, or if you have provided them with an incorrect delivery address which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the delivery package will be returned to us. You can contact us for another delivery, but any additional shipping fees cost on redelivery are charged on you. Or you can apply for a refund, but delivery fee is not refundable (please check details on Shipping & Returns page).
We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver.
Return & exchange
Change of mind return and refund
We do not accept change of mind return on following products:
- candles;
- fabric mists;
- earrings;
- custom order items.
If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want the products, you can return any unused and undamaged products purchased from us within 30 days of delivery. You must provide proof of purchase and products returned must be in their original sale condition. You must pay your own costs for return at $9.99 and shipping fees from online purchases are non-refundable. Your legal rights in respect of defective goods are unaffected. If you wish to return the products, please contact us before return via the Contact Us section or customerservice@24handiwork.com.au. Once you contact us for a return, you will receive a Return Request Confirmation email. If we approve your return, a Return Request Completion email with a return shipping label will be sent to you. You must print the label, attached it to the satchel and post the item.
The return normally takes 5-10 business days to deliver. Once we receive the return, it takes approximately 3-5 business days to validate your returned products and process an exchange or refund. If products returned are validated, your refund will then be processed by us and confirmed to you by an Order Refund email. Or we will exchange your product and send you Shipping Confirmation and Out for Delivery email with a new tracking number for you to track your exchanged products.
If you do not return the products within 30 days of delivery or do not have proof of purchase, we may refuse to give you a refund or exchange. If you return any products in a used or damaged condition, we may deduct from any refund due to you (or otherwise seek to recover from you) an amount equivalent to the reduction in value of the products, which might be 100% of the purchase price.
Faulty and incorrectly sent items return and exchange
If you wish to return a faulty product or a product that was sent to you incorrectly, please contact us via the email customerservice@24handiwork.com.au. You need to provide your personal information, original order details and a brief explanation with photo proof of the faulty or incorrectly sent items. We will email you a Return Request Approved email with a return shipping label will be sent to you once we confirmed.
The return normally takes 5-10 business days to deliver. Once we receive the return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days and confirm to you by an Order Refund email. If you choose to make an exchange, it also takes 3-5 business days to process. The new Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation and Out for Delivery email with new tracking number will be sent to you.

Custom & bulk candle orders
We take custom and bulk orders if you make an order with a minimum quantity of 20 candles, type and colour of the candles can be mixed.
We offer a discount at 15% off on price of all bulk orders and free express shipping. You have to make a full payment before your custom and bulk order to be processed.
Please make your request at least 3 weeks before the day you want the candles be delivered. If you want your candles to be delivered within 3 weeks or less, you have to contact us first to confirm the feasibility.
Cancellation of orders
Due to the customization and processing time of candles, any Candle, Custom and Bulk orders cannot be cancelled at any time once you make the payment.
Other orders can be cancelled for free at any time before the products being dispatch. You must confirm with us whether your order can be cancelled. In order to cancel the orders, you can simply use Contact Us page, email or Instagram to notify us.
If the order has been dispatched, we will incur the delivery fee for returning products in unused and undamaged condition. Please see the details listed in Change of Mind Return and Exchange section on Shipping & Returns page.

By purchasing any products from 24 Handiwork Studio, you consent to us collecting, holding, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Please check our Privacy Policy for further information.
